Most Items at our store are made to order as per your size and finish requirements, We initiate the order as soon as the payment is confirmed. However, we do understand that you may want to cancel/change the order. We allow cancellations/ order changes up to 24 hours after the order is placed with a deduction of payment gateway charges only.

Once manufacturing has begun, we are required to charge a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total order. Due to the overhead of logistics, if your order is canceled after it has been finished or shipped the fee would be 50%. Though based on the situation we assure you that we will do our best to make the cancellation process smooth for you.

We at griffinstudio.in remain the most customer-friendly furniture website and will make every attempt to assist you in the cancellation of your order without any delays whatsoever. Every request will be taken care of within 3 hours in working time (10am to 7pm Monday to Friday).

How it works (Selection & Manufacturing)

As soon as we receive your order, we connect with you and discuss any specific requirements, finish possibilities, and delivery process. We will connect via call or Whatsapp for your order and take your instructions on the same.

PARAMETRIC – Our parametric products always remain the same wherein we keep improving design and details with time. We use Greenlam/ Action Tesa or Century ply HDHMR boards for our products, however, for RAW finish orders, we use MDF (Light brown colored) or HDHMR (Dark green colored) as per your choice. In case of no particular inclination, we go for HDHMR of any one the the above mentioned brands.

WOOD FUSION – For wooden products we use Seesham or similar category wood. Whereas Weaver tables are more or less similar except for natural pattern seen in wood. Organic tables and river tables always have a uniquely different shape, texture and color. For Organic tables and resin products we shall send you a picture of selected wood for your approval before production. As a natural character of wood, you should expect veins, cracks (properly treated and filled) and variations in thickness and shapes.

QUALITY – Resins used are of high quality giving glass-like touch and durability which is best in industry. The polish and PU materials are top of the line procured from Asian Paints or Italian brands. We will never compromise on the material quality even for bulk orders.

 

Delivery and Installation

We are currently taking online orders for NCR region only. For orders anywhere else, just give us a call.

TIME: Most products are delivered within 15 days of order. However, we shall coordinate with you to discuss and update you on exact time after your purchase. A maximum of 30 days is our commitment for all orders.

DELIVERY PROCESS: The products are delivered via Courier or porter depending on type of product. If in case the product needs installation, our person will accompany the porter of schedule a time of installation after delivery.

CONDITIONS: Any product if lifted to your floor without use of Elevator will attract additional cost depending on the floor and situation of shifting. in such cases, we shall not take responsibility of it safety.

 

Returns

 

 

For all return items, either our team will visit your place for on-site corrective measures or you arrange return shipping completely at your cost. We will do our best to assist you there. In some cases, a part refund may be offered wherein you agree to keep the item as it is. But that’s totally your choice.

 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Refunds/ Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you feel the item is not what you selected/ approved. Such replacement requests may be made within 7 days of delivery.

If the product is supposed to be installed by our installation team, Please ensure the packaging is not opened before our team’s arrival. In such cases where the packaging is opened before the arrival of Griffin team, Issues of missing items or warranties may not be entertained.

If the goods received are different from the product description on the website or damaged the customer can call us on +91-8287 466 342 to register their replacement/ refund request. The request will require a photograph of the delivered product. Our team will provide the customer with all the necessary help required with the return/ replacement/ refund process. For agreed refunds, payment will be transferred back to your original mode of payment within 3 working days.

The terms of returns are governed by Griffinstudio. Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, Griffinstudio is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items delivered outside of India.
