Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All the images shown are actual pics of the product taken with studio lighting. However, natural products (live edge woods and resin tables) are always different as per available wood piece. What we do is, we send you image of planned wood piece on Whatsapp before starting work on it. Just in case you feel that the selected piece is not satisfactory, we give you more options or complete refund - no questions asked. Interestingly, these products many a times look better than one shown in image when put in well-set home interiors.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Sales receipt is generated once the product is ready for delivery. If you want it with your GST details, the same should be informed and shared in our Whatsapp communication.

How can I return an item?

All the products are customized for you. We check them thoroughly before sending. Still if you find the product to be defective in any way or different from what you selected, we correct it or replace it or refund complete amount. Rest assured, you never have to wait more than 3 days for a resolution. Once refund is decided, it will be done within 7 working days.

How about Warranty?

Every Griffin product comes with 1 year warranty against any kind of manufacturing defect. This won't cover mishandling, water damage or damage due to external reasons. Yet feel free to tell us about any issue, we try our best to help even if its nor covered in warranty.

Where can I ship my order?

The items can be shipped everywhere in India, when you give pincode outside NCR, it shows local pickup as we are not providing installation services or warranties outside NCR. For export out of India, Yes, we do that and are open for most countries. Just connect us for shipping as this website currently does not take international orders.
